Representation Fees
Clients have a choice of 3 fee options; the most cost effective will depend on the total compensable losses. Upfront fees are refundable if you do not receive compensation.
Option 1:
- Upfront Fee: £0
- Compensation Fee: 20% (+VAT)
- This option is most cost effective for losses up to approx £6,500
Option 2:
- Upfront Fee**: £595 (Inc VAT)
- Compensation Fee: 12.5% (+VAT)
- This option is most cost effective for losses between approx £6,500 & £20,000
Option 3:
- Upfront Fee**: £1195 (Inc VAT) plus
- Compensation Fee: 10% (+ VAT)
- This option is most cost effective for losses over approx £20,000
The Compensation Fee incurs VAT at the standard rate. VAT Reg Number: 989 3081 68
* If after exhausting all available options we are unable to obtain compensation to at least the amount of the relevant fee we will refund the difference, ensuring you are not out of pocket using our service.
